All posted turnaround times are approximate and although we will make every effort to meet these,
we cannot be liable for any costs incurred resulting from deliveries made later than expected to the customer.
Delays during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. We cannot be responsible for delays caused during shipping.

If you are unhappy with the condition of your purchase, please return it to us without any hassles to have it repaired or to receive a full refund, within 14 days of receipt of goods.

If you are placing an order for any digital or traditional work in the name of a company or organisation, you must be legally authorised to place the order for or on behalf of the company or organisation.
Company Work
Sending and Receiving Work
DIGITAL AND SCANNED WORK
Photos, computer artwork etc. will be sent by email. Any photos / pictures / information you send to us can also be sent by email, leaving your originals safe. No hardcopy (printouts) need / will be sent.
SENDING PHYSICAL WORK
Inspiart, MontageArt, CarsinArt and ArtinWood items will be sent via Australia Post.
Alternately, items can be picked up from our physical address (see contact section).
Shipping
Where shipping is required within Australia or world wide, Inspia will use Australia Post Standard Air Mail.

External Sources
Any Inspia work purchased via the Redbubble Inspia Store will be between the purchaser and Redbubble.com. This includes any returns, queries or concerns.
All work will be shipped, either physically or by email once any funds have been paid in full and have been cleared in our account.
Physical work may also be picked up from our address at 70 Harmsworth Road, Pacific Pines, Queensland, Australia.
